Document Description
The Project will construct a new 550-foot long multiuse path on the south side of Modoc Road between Calle De Los Amigos and the County/City line, install new curb and gutter on the south side of Modoc Road, install counter-erosion measures, and shift the roadway 10 feet to the north into existing City of Santa Barbara ROW. A total of 34 native and non-native trees will removed and replaced by 34 native Channel Island Oaks. Storm water treatments will include pervious concrete and infiltration basins. The width of the multiuse path will range from approximately ten to twelve feet with a five foot landscape buffer separating the path from the roadway.
