Document Description
Caltrans proposes this asset management project within the operational right-of-way to restore existing drainage systems and enhance usability along Interstate (I) 15 and State Route (SR) 94 in San Diego County. The scope of work includes culvert rehabilitation, tunnel enhancements, sign panel replacement, transportation management systems, ADA upgrades, and complete street elements. The attached continuation sheet includes detailed work. The purpose of this project is to extend serviceability and safety of the corridor. The project is needed because culverts and other assets have been identified as being in poor condition. See Environmental Commitments Record for list of commitments. Caltrans Environmental must be notified of any changes in project scope or footprint.
