The proposed project consists of a subdivision of approximately 6.87 acres into 31 single-family lots. The lots range in size from 7,000 square feet to 11,759 square feet. Access into the subdivision would be provided from 59th Street West. All of the streets within the development would be public. The applicant is also requesting a variance to reduce the required lot depth from 100 feet to a minimum of 94 feet.
