Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-18634-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Daniel Coleman. The project is limited to four (4) encroachments. The four proposed encroachments are to upgrade existing stream crossings, identified as Sites 1, 2, 6 and 7. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culvert where indicated (Site 1), backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. Vehicles shall not be operated on rocked fords when water is present.

The project is limited to four (4) encroachments to upgrade four existing road/stream crossings. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
