CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 200014, DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION NO. 2000004 proposes construction of a commercial agricultural operation with greenhouses, an access road, solar panels, and surrounded by fencing within a 2.42-acre area in the western portion of a 9.2-acre project site. The site is at the southeast corner of Sage Road and Minto Way in unincorporated Riverside County (APN 470-070-043-1). The project would entail construction of up to four flowering cultivation greenhouse structures, and two small nursery greenhouse structures. The four flowering greenhouses would be 9900 gross square feet (7000 net squares feet) combined. The nursery space would be 2000 gross square feet. A total of 1 small concrete pad is proposed to accommodate 12x12 bathroom. The project would include the installation of one removable.
