Document Description
The proposed project will construct three 150 SF offices, and four 100 SF hoteling offices in Suite 802 in the Elihu Harris Building. The existing storage area will be reconfigured to create two breakout rooms, a hallway from the reception area, and a hearing room. The existing conference area will be reconfigured to create two breakout rooms and a hearing room. The breakout rooms will have acoustic treatment to prevent private conversations from being overheard. Doors will be provided with controls to provide security to office spaces. Additionally, a copy room will be created, cabinetry at the break room will be replaced, new paint will be provided, new carpet tile will be provided, and ceiling will be reconfigured to provide ventilation and lighting.
