Document Description
The project will enhance and beautify the northbound side of SR 41 in the City of Fresno with the installation of approximately 2500 linear feet of 6 - 8 feet block wall in two locations – South of Ashlan Ave (Dakota Ave - Pontiac Way), North of Ashlan Ave (Gettysburg Ave – E Richert Ave). The block wall will have a decorative treatment, vine plantings and a rock blanket which will be installed at the base of block wall (if water is unavailable) in addition to a design aesthetic feature installed on the block wall to deter tagging.
