Reasons for Exemption
The proposed use would utilize the existing warehouse space, and no additional square footage will be added to the existing unit. It should be noted that a traffic analysis was submitted to the City’s Public Works Department as part of the initial environmental review. The City’s traffic engineer concluded that the proposed use would have less than a significant impact on traffic and circulation. Additionally, the project site is not listed on the Hazardous Waste and Substance Site List (Cortese List) as set forth in Government Code Section 65962.5.
