Document Description
The Yucaipa Valley Water District proposes the construction of an approximately one-acre lake/infiltration basin located within the Oak Valley Town Center commercial development, located east of Interstate 10 (I-10) and north of Engleman Drive. This development has been approved by the City of Calimesa but has not yet been constructed. The Project is bounded to the west by the northwestern foothills of the San Jacinto Mountains, to the south by a drainage, to the east by Roberts Road, and to the north by undeveloped land. Rough grading of the basin will be conducted by the Specific Plan under a separate EIR. The District will install the basin and equipment.
