Categorically exempt, consistent with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEOA) and the State CEOA Guidelines pursuant to Title 14, Cal. Code Regulations, Section 15305, Class 5, pertaining to the Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations. The project will not result in significant impacts as the intent of project is to remove the subject parcels from a Williamson Act Contract where no new parcels will be created. As such, the use of Section 15305 is applicable and appropriate for this Project.
