The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SLO-35077-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Wade Crosno.
The project includes activities related to the installation of a culvert to carry stream flows under the area of proposed development of an office and warehouse building. Approximately 140-feet of an unnamed tributary to San Luis Obispo Creek locally known as “Bishop Creek” will be placed into a 6-foot wide by 5-foot high precast concrete box culvert.
