Reasons for Exemption
The proposed project Includes the construction of public street improvements within existing public rights-of-way. Activities include pavement restoration or rehabilitation of deteriorated or damaged local streets, and the addition of ADA accessibility improvements such as curb ramps at intersections. These improvements will increase public vehicular and pedestrian safety and improve accessibility for the residents of the City. Construction activities would not result in serious or major disturbance to an environmental resource, nor will it involve expansion of the roadway or traffic capacity.
