Document Description
The purpose of this PAL application is to issue a new PAL to update the existing PAL requirements. No other provisions of the existing PAL will change. The purpose of the 2021 PAL is to update the COAs to meet regulatory requirements that CalGEM adopted after the existing PAL was issued in 2017. The project consists of one existing Water Disposal (WD) well. No new wells are proposed for the project. The project duration is 20 years. The project approval is intended to be valid until a new PAL is issued or until the project duration (20 years) is met.
