UC Davis proposes to relocate the existing UC Davis Prenatal Diagnosis of Northern California clinic to leased space at Stonecreek Village Lifestyle Center. The 5,300 SF leased space will be renovated to accommodate patient and clinic needs. Renovations include space reconfiguration to create 9 exam rooms, update electrical, interior finishes, new furnishings, and install new medical equipment. The building is a leased property and is not within a campus LRDP.

In addition, none of the exceptions for application of a categorical exemption apply to this project.
