UC Davis proposes to consolidate Finance Operations and Administration Division (FOA) units into 1333 and 1441 Research Park Drive, buildings owned by UC Davis. As part of the consolidation, UC Davis will provide minor upgrades to the office spaces. Work in 1441 Research Park Drive includes construction of a conference room and an additional office as well refresh of finishes. Work in 1333 Research Park Drive includes construction of several additional offices, building a conference room, reconfiguring the front entrance lobby, and ADA path of travel improvements.

This exemption applies to the operation, repair, permitting, leasing, maintenance or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities or mechanical equipment, involving negligible or no expansion of an existing use. In addition, none of the exceptions for application of a categorical exemption apply to this project.
