Document Description
Demolish and rebuild a gas station, car wash and convenience store. Demolition includes an existing 2,321-square foot convenience store/car wash building; six fuel dispensers; and 3,000-square foot canopy. Construction includes a 2,432-square foot convenience store; 1, 132-self serve drive-through car wash tunnel with 248-square foot equipment room; and four fuel dispensers with 2,733-square foot canopy. The new convenience store would be open 24-hours a day, consistent with current operations.
