Document Description
The County of Modoc will install several irrigation flow meters on a voluntary basis throughout the Big Valley Groundwater Basin. Locations will be based on a voluntary sign up to participate in the metering program. The majority will be the replacement of existing structures from the participation in a local flood control district installed many in the past that require replacement or repair.
