Upgrade the Supervisory Control & Data Automation (SCANDA) system at the Airport Tunnel at Coleman Ave in San Jose Airport Tunnel on Route 880 postmile 2.786 in Santa Clara County. This project will complete the upgrade of the SCADA equipment for the SJ Airport location and will bring SCADA equipment to the same level found at other SCADA locations within the district. The proposed upgrades will create system-wide compatibility, uniformity and standards found in other Caltrans SCADA systems throughout the district.
