Caltrans proposes the District Director's Order (DDO) to replace the existing damaged guardrail system with Concrete Barrier 60MS, because an errant vehicle hit and went through the guardrail system. Multiple hits on the guardrail at this bridge location have led to the guardrail being replaced by concrete barrier at the other bridge quadrants, as reported by Traffic Operations.
