Location: The project is located south of Iona Avenue, west of 10th Avenue

and 018-242-019)
There is not a proposal for physical development of the project site, at this time. In accordance with the General Plan designation for the site, future development could include the land uses permitted in the I-H Heavy Industrial zone district.
