Reasons for Exemption
This proposal falls under the Categorical Exemption Class 1 – Existing Facilities 15301(e). This project proposes applying a fog coat to five roads as well as re- stripping the roads when the fog seal is completed. This road project will not cause significant disturbance as the work will occur within an already disturbed area (existing roads, totaling approximately 29.5 miles) no areas outside of the right of way will be impacted and no new ground disturbance is proposed.
