Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MOO-24595-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Edison. The routine maintenance project involves vegetation management including trimming and removal of trees and vegetation, as needed, to maintain fire abatement clearance within an approximate 2.3 acres of streambed along a portion of Lee Vining-Poole 115kiloVolt Circuit (transmission) along Poole Power Plant Road. Permittee will also remove all vegetation within a 10-foot radius of SCE’s utility poles. Up to 0.10 acre of complete vegetation removal and 0.10 acre of vegetation trimming are authorized per year.
