Document Description
Replace all trash and recycling receptacles within Sue-meg State Park with predator proof versions and securely fasten to new concrete pads to reduce unwanted encounters with bears and the unintentional feeding and attraction of wildlife. Replace worn service items with new ones following State Parks Accessibility Guidelines. Work will: - Replace twenty-one (21) trash receptacles with new predator proof receptacles and securely fasten to concrete pads; - Where needed, surface pour new 100 inch long by 45 inch wide concrete pads to anchor two (2) “side by side” containers and 50 inch long by 45 inch wide pads to anchor a single “side by side” container; and - Use new anchor bolts to securely fasten a total of eleven (11) existing trash receptacles and three (3) recycling containers that are still in serviceable condition to new or existing concrete pads.
