Document Description
The project will construct a new pump station on an easement located on the property adjacent to the Crystal Falls Water Treatment plant. Construct 4,000 linear feet of 6" water main to intertie the Crystal Falls Water System to the Cedar Ridge Water System. The water main will run from the new pump building, up the Christal Falls Treatment Plant driveway to Mt. Elizabeth Dr. The main will then run to the west on Mt. Elizabeth Dr. and tie into an existing 6" water main where pavement begins. Tree clearing will be required in the easement on the adjacent property to make space for a 16' x 16' cinderblock building that will house the pumping equipment. A gravel road and parking area will also be installed on the easement. Grading activities on the easement will amount to less than 1 0 cubic yards of material moved, and there will be no export. Duff from the site will be used on site as erosion control.
