The proposed project is Categorically Exempt from environmental proceedings pursuant to Section 15301, Class 1, of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, which exempts the installation of small new equipment in small structures and the construction of new, small accessory structures. The project is exempt because it consists of installation of one MW dish and a coax cable for the existing major wireless telecommunications facility.
