Document Description
The City has approved an update to the Mobility Element of the General Plan Update and the Bridge District Specific Plan. The City amended the planned transportation facilities described in the Bridge District Specific Plan. The City amended amendments to the Circulation Diagram in the Mobility Element to incorporate geometries identified in the Pioneer Bluff and Stone Lock Reuse Master Plan, the Washington Realized Sustainable Community Strategy, and the Bridge District Specific Plan, including changes in functional classification system. The City made certain text changes to the Mobility Element including revisions that reflect the City’s progress instituting changes that were proposed as a part of the original Mobility Element, and revisions that reflect an updated vision for transit service, and a renewed focus on strategies to reduce vehicular travel demand.
