Document Description
The 1,094-ac Yucaipa Valley Wine Country Specific Plan (WCSP) in the North Bench community of the City of Yucaipa, will replace the General Plan’s RL-1 land use designation for an approximate 50/50 acreage split between residential (1,091 housing units) and non-residential uses (agricultural, wineries, open space, trails, etc.). It is envisioned to establish a wine-growing region while maintaining the same number of housing units for the project area as the approved General Plan.
