Document Description
The activity will convert 59 acres of existing walnut orchards to vineyards by removing the orchards, ripping the soil, and installing a vine trellis system and the vines. The activity will also include the repair and maintenance of existing agricultural roads within or on the perimeter of the existing orchards. The activities are exempt from any permitting requirements under the County of San Luis Obispo Grading Ordinance. (See County Zoning Ordinance, sec. 22.52.070.B.11.)
