Document Description
The Project will consist of the preparation of a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) that will evaluate the feasibility of developing a new water supply that will augment the City’s existing surface water source and provide a long-term solution to ensure an acceptable and reliable year-round supply of water to Orange Cove residents. In addition to the PER, the project will also consist of the construction of a groundwater test well, the preparation of a hydrological study to evaluate subsurface geology, water quality, and water quantity, preparation of CEQA/NEPA documents for the recommended project in accordance with CEQA and other State and Federal Requirements.
