Document Description
The purpose of the project is to construct a multi-parcel pier with a 12,000 lb. boat lift and adjustable catwalk on the above mentioned property in Lake Tahoe. The pier causeway is approximately 8 ft wide x 127 ft long. The pierhead is 15 ft wide by 45 ft long. All construction will be performed from Lake Tahoe using a barge mounted pile driver or amphibious vessel utilizing caissons as needed during pile driving to protect water quality. The project will create 19.1 sq.ft. of permanent impact to the bed of Lake Tahoe.
