The proposal is to allow a change of zone from the AE-10 (Exclusive Agricultural -l 0 Acre Minimum) Zone to the M-l (Light Manufacturing) Zone, on a 29.0-acre parcel. The site will be used to construct a 50,000 square foot building to accommodate eight (8) tenants at 6,250 square feet per tenant.
