This proposal falls under the Categorical Exemption Class 1 – Existing Facilities 15301(e). This project proposes applying a Type II Slurry Seal to the existing roads within two established subdivisions, as well as re-stripping the roads when the seal is completed. This road project will not cause significant disturbance as the work will occur within an already disturbed area (existing roads, totaling approximately 6-miles) no areas outside of the right of way will be impacted and no new ground disturbance is proposed.
