Development of the proposed project would involve the removal of approximately 76 existing trees, existing vegetation, and existing structures currently on the project site. The proposed project would divide the project site into seven separate parcels (Parcels A-G) and 40 single-family residential lots. The residential lots would range from approximately 3,983 square feet to 6,880 square feet. The proposed units would be comparably sized to the surrounding residential lots, with residences located to preserve neighbor privacy.
