A Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide a 9.7-acre parcel into forty (40) residential parcels ranging in size from 6,500 square feet to 11,873 square feet. The average lot size is 7,495 square feet. Sewage disposal and domestic water services would be provided by the Thermalito Water & Sewer District (TWSD). Access to the proposed subdivision would be from Plumas Avenue at two different access points. An internal loop road would connect the access points.
