The Water Board finds that the Project is statutorily exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CCR, title 14, section 15269, Emergency Projects, for repairs to a publicly owned facility damaged during a Governor proclaimed state of emergency and to prevent or mitigate an emergency from occurring in the future.
