Culvert damage along SR 89 from the Tamarack fire is in need of repair and upgrades in anticipation of the rainy season and the increased debris expected to accompany surface water flows into Millberry creek. Local hydrology benefits from stabilization and the traveling public benefits from decreased chances of flood and debris flows.
