Document Description
The project is limited to the installation of an 800-square-foot floating dock, gangway, and boat lift. The gangway will be affixed to a 5-foot by 4-foot concrete slab. The concrete will be hand mixed in a wheel barrel and poured into the form. Galvanized steel pipe supports, measuring 3-inches in diameter, will be driven to a minimum depth of 4-feet using an air hammer mounted on a barge. The pipes will be installed
4-feet off-center. A maximum of 18 supports will be installed. The prefabricated structure will be transported to the site by barge and affixed to the pipe supports.
Staging areas will take place on the barge, or on existing driveways and roads.
