Document Description
The project is limited to the installation of prefabricated aluminum stairs on the shoreline of Lake Almanor. The project will take place when the lake level is low enough to complete the project when no water is present on the project site. No trees or vegetation will be removed, and all staging areas will be located on paved roads or driveways. The stairs will be fabricated offsite and brought to the project location via boat. The stairs will be 4-feet-wide and 40-feet-long. Cement foundation pads will be poured in up to four locations, totally permanent lake shoreline impacts of 0.003-acres. The stairs will be winched in place after the concrete foundations are sufficiently cured.
