Document Description
The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (D T S C), pursuant to authority granted under California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 20, Section 66270.61, has issued an Emergency Permit to the ABC Testing, Inc – Tustin, (E P A ID# CAL000455249) to treat hazardous waste through a controlled reaction with a chemical solution. Specifically, one (1) container of Ethyl Ether (1 x 4 Liter), one (1) container of Acetaldehyde (1 x 500 milliliter), one (1) container of Cumene (1 x 1 Liter), one (1) container of Acrylic Acid (1 x 25 milliliter) and one (1) container of Benzoyl Peroxide (1 x 1 lbs.), must be stabilized prior to transport to an authorized hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facility.
