Document Description
The project consists of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP-S-2021-0009) to construct and operate a telecommunications facility with a 34-foot diameter satellite dish and supporting structures on a 1,200 s.f. concrete pad, located at 1700 Tapo Street. The 0.09-acre project site is vacant, bordered by undeveloped land to the south and east, a multi-family dwelling to the north, and a drainage feature and commercial parking lot beyond that to the west.
