Document Description
The proposed project would include development of the project site with a 136,720-square-foot (sf) warehouse building, with associated onsite improvements. The proposed site improvements include associated parking, bike parking, landscaping, utilities, stormwater management, and lighting improvements. A driveway from the west would provide access to the surface parking lot, while two new driveways, east of the proposed warehouse, would provide access from Osage Avenue to the loading docks in the rear of the building. The proposed project would require approval of the Site Plan and Design Review.
