The project involves the construction of a 19-unit multifamily residential community with associated improvements. The residential community would consist of two-bedroom units, surface parking, and common open space. The two-bedroom and four-bedroom floor plans range from approximately 945 square feet to 2,061 square feet in size. The common open space area would include seating, barbeques, and open play areas. The residential community would be encompassed by a 6-foot concrete masonry unit block wall on the east property line.
