Document Description
The proposed project is a culvert rehabilitation effort at ten sites on State Route 254 (Avenue of the Giants), in Humboldt County, between post miles (PMs) 0.8 and 21.0. Culvert rehabilitation strategies proposed include structure replacement, correcting deficient drainage inlets and outlets using cut and cover culvert replacement. Select culverts will include placement of rock slope protection (RSP) at the outlet.
