Document Description
The Applicant proposes to drill, equip, and operate up to three wells to meet the target of 20 gallons per minute. The community water system’s existing wells have been drying up from the ongoing drought and new sources of water are needed to meet the domestic water supply needs of the 850-person service area. Because of the continued drought, the water scarcity from last year will continue this year, only at a more severe level, and production will not be able to keep up with demand, despite water conservation measures.
