Acquire approximately 154 acres of undeveloped forest land, APN 086-082-18, to be included into Big Basin Redwoods State Park. The property is primarily second growth redwood, Douglas fir, and other hardwoods following low to moderate intensity burning at the location during the 2020 CZU Lighting Complex Fires. Acquisition of the property will support publicly owned land that safeguard coastal redwoods, wildlife habitat, creeks and waterfalls, cultural and natural resources, and provide recreational opportunities for the park.
