Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration- Agreement number EPIMS-RIV-33143-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicants, DR Horton Los Angeles Holding Company, Inc. (Permittee), as represented by Megan Whieldon. The Project is limited to fill of and placement into a storm drain system of 0.393 acres of an onsite ephemeral drainage, that is tributary to the San Jacinto River, from the construction of 204 single-family residential units, including approximately 1.87 acres of open space, internal streets, water quality basins, infrastructure, and roadway improvements.
The Streambed Alteration Agreement is being issued regarding the Project’s impacts to fish and wildlife resources subject to Fish and Game Code section 1600 et seq. and associated compensatory mitigation requirements. The Project will permanently impact 0.393 acres of fish and wildlife resources pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1600 et seq. To compensate for permanent impacts to 0.393 acres of fish and wildlife resources subject to Fish and Game Code section 1600 et seq., the Project Applicant shall purchase no less than 0.786-acres of Reestablishment credits through Riverpark Mitigation Bank within Western Riverside County.
