Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SIS-29640-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Darin Stringer for the purposes of improvement of erosion control points in association with Emergency timber harvest notification # 2-22EM-00046-SIS-R1 approved by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. The project is limited to (13) encroachment points (projects) along Kidder Creek, a Class I watercourse within an Anadromous Fisheries Protection (ASP) zone. Work will upgrade these specified erosion control points and replace failing culvert structures along the Kidder Creek road system that may be contributing to sediment delivery into this water course due to current dilapidated state.
