Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SIS-29254-R1, “Thamer Bridge” pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. John McDonagh in conjunction with Emergency timber harvest notification # 2-22EM-00083-SIS-R1 previously approved by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. The project is limited to (2) encroachments total which includes installation of a temporary steel bridge across Boulder Creek, and installing a water drafting site at the same bridge site to be used to provide a water source for dust abatement during timber harvest activities. Work to be done will facilitate access across the Boulder Creek watercourse to access fire damaged timber stands and repair damaged roads on private timberlands from wildfires in 2021.
