Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement # EPIMS-SIS-28947-R1, “McDonagh – Wolf Creek” pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the applicant, Mr. John McDonagh. This agreement has been issued in conjunction with Emergency timber harvest notification # 2-22EM-00083-SIS-R1 previously approved by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. The project is limited to (7) encroachments total, of which, the agreement covers (6) temporary stream crossings, and (1) rocked ford crossing of a dry Class III stream course. The Emergency work will allow access to burned timber on private timberlands where existing road crossing infrastructure was badly damaged by wildfire in 2021.
