Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-RIV-26401-R6 (Agreement), pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Edison (SCE). The project consists of limited routine trimming and removal of vegetation, as needed, to maintain fire abatement clearance along SCE’s 500kV Devers-Red Bluff No. 1 and No. 2 Circuit (transmission) between the Red Bluff Substation and Summit Road. Project activities described above are anticipated to occur within a 84.66-acre area, however, only 0.10 acre of removal and 0.10 acre of trimming of less than 25% of the shrub/tree canopy are authorized in the Agreement per year for the 5-year Agreement term. Therefore, total impacts of 1.00 acre of stream and associated habitat are authorized within this Agreement
